What Does God Expect From Us

Simple. Life-giving. Transforming.

God does not expect perfection from us, but obedience, faith, love, and a willing heart.

1) Walk in Obedience

Disobedience broke the garden, but obedience opens blessing. “To obey is better than sacrifice.” 1 Samuel 15:22; Genesis 2:16–17

2) Love God & Love People

Jesus summarized it all: Love God wholly and love your neighbor. Matthew 22:37–39; Luke 10:30–37

3) Act Justly, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly

God is not asking for empty religion but humble hearts and just actions. Micah 6:8

4) Trust God Fully

Like Abraham, step out even when the map is not complete. Faith pleases God. Genesis 12:1–4; Romans 4:3

5) Live Holy Lives

Set your life apart for God—shining in a dark world. 1 Peter 1:16; Daniel 3

Prayer

Lord, teach us to walk in obedience, love, humility, trust, and holiness. Align our hearts with Your Word and use our lives to glorify Your Name. Amen.
